Local trail enthusiasts are invited to join Friends of the Lost Coast for a trail stewards workday on Pacific Rim Trail in the King Range on Sunday, March 13 from 10a.m. to 2p.m., weather permitting. This workday will focus on brush clearing/debris removal along the Pacific Rim loop trail, along with other maintenance needs. The Lost Coast Trail Stewards crew will meet at Pacific Rim Trailhead on Shelter Cove Rd at 10a.m. Participants are encouraged to bring their own snacks, water, and gloves, plus dress in layers and wear sturdy shoes. Tools are provided.  This is a great opportunity to meet other trail enthusiasts while also helping maintain/enhance our local trails and assist BLM staff with a backlog of trail maintenance projects.
