Lost Coast Education Center

The Lost Coast Education Center consists of two historic barns and is located in Whitethorn at the King Range National Conservation Area office. The big hay barn is a perfect place for kids to create nature inspired crafts at our Summer Adventure Camp. With the help of volunteers and students we are developing a native plant garden where visitors can learn about sustainable gardening practices and water conservation. The garden features an outdoor classroom for workshops and school field trips and a nursery where people can purchase plants for their own gardens.  We are developing the Lost Coast Education Center in partnership with the King Range National Conservation Area. If you would like to volunteer, please contact us at info@lostcoast.org.
